There is literally no way to cancel your subscription. So I keep getting charged

While searching for a nanny I downloaded this app and another, ultimately went with the other because of the quick responses so I did not go premium on this one and here are the deceptive and poor practices that this company does: 1. I went to delete my job posting on the app, there was no way to do this or cancel it. I logged on to the website but on there it shows no job posting under my login as I continue to get applications. I feel bad for people applying since this just feels like a tactic to keep their site populated. 2. I went to cancel/delete my account and you can’t simply do that, buried in their website is a form you have to fill out to get your account canceled. Not available on their app. Again, probably to keep their statistics high. 3. Fun fact, even if you cancel your account, there’s a nice disclaimer saying if you don’t cancel your subscription through Apple, they will keep charging you even without an account. I highly doubt this is an Apple issue.

It’s truly ridiculous that there’s no way to search within your expected pay range, or even sort by rate, not to mention that Sittercity even allows families to advertise jobs that pay less than federal minimum wage. Stop being a conduit for the continued exploitation of domestic workers!

Yall rlly put to download the app you had to be 4+ but after you put in all your information to sign up they will tell you you have to be 18 and older which rlly doesnt make sense to me ? dont bother wasting ur time
Loading screen
Best App purchase I've made
After my first visit to the app, I can no longer get in. I’ve received notifications that people have replied to me but I can’t get in to view anything. The app just sits at the loading screen when first opening.

Only one person has posted to my ad (she saw me on Care.com first). And the other people I’ve contacted haven’t replied back. I posted the same ad on Care.com & I’ve gotten 5 applications already. Now I see why they don’t have a monthly option & make you pay for the full quarter - bc it’s complete garbage & they know you’ll cancel after one month. Oh and of course they don’t allow refunds so I just wasted $70 on nothing. Thanks for taking advantage of parents who are trying to do the best for their kids.

I love using the website, it’s easy to maneuver and to make searches! This is solely a review of the app. I have gotten it to actually load and open exactly once, and even then it took so long to open anything, I just gave up and used the mobile site. It’s either glitching or broken because I’ve never gotten to actually use the app. I’ve tried with and without WiFi, even with full service/bars of WiFi or data, the app just doesn’t load anything. I do recommend the website in general though!

This app is ok but it constantly crashes and deletes all my info amd logs me out, plus i think a lot of the family are bots because ive applied to dozens and even set up interviews and i get ghosted. For some reason i have a two star rating and i have never even gotten an offer
Search functionality on mobile app is terrible

There is no way to search by “recently active” so the results showing up on mobile are drastically different than desktop and there’s no search function to sort. Make your mobile search functions as robust as your desktop. Also, add a search function to messages.
