Pop-up Scam!!!

I opened app and couldn’t get anywhere because as soon as I would close one ad another one would pop-up. Sometimes even before I could select no thanks. So I finally have a split second chance to select remove all ads. Paid 0.99 and low and behold there are 0 pics/wallpapers. If I could give this app a 0 star I would. I will be reporting this to Apple. I don’t care about the $$. It’s the principle that they are purposely ripping people off. #CyberThieves
