Great deals, worst app

This app has more bugs than a budget motel in the ghetto. WORST FILTERING! If you click on an item be prepared to scroll through ten other items just to get back to the section you were at. My advice to Sierra- if you want to add sales and margin, make your app function like Nordstrom rack....

App crashes. Items take forever to load if they even load. Searching is horrendous. Better off using the website if you are going to be successful.

Please please please!!! It is so baaad! Items often take a long time to load. I want to close the app. But that wouldn’t even fix it. Like others mentioned, instead of going back to the list of items, the go back button takes you through all the items on the page (sometimes 20!). It is soooo painful. Please make this app better. Or Maybe a whole new system is warranted ?!! This is such a deterrent to shopping !!

This app doesn’t perform. It takes forever to load. The back button takes you to a close up of the previous product, not the previous page. It’s impossible to shop without getting irritated and just leaving it.
Frustrating!

You click to look at an item and then when you click back out, you have to keep clicking through items you don’t want to look at to get back to category list. It can be many clicks to get back and then it often freezes!
After update, it doesn’t work

TJX Rewards Certificates Aren’t Working

I’ve been trying to use valid TJX Rewards certificates on both your app and website for months now, and have even contacted Sierra, who told me to contact Synchrony, who told me to contact Sierra again. The app wasn’t functioning at all for weeks before the holidays, so I deleted it and re-downloaded. It’s better now, but slow and the rewards certificates still don’t work. Too bad, because it’s prevented me from spending on your website and will until the certificates work again.
Annoying app

This app starts very nice but then as soon as you click on an item to see its details and you click the back button to go back to the store, the app forces you to look at 5-7 items of its choosing. This happens every time you click on an item. This is annoying and I dread using it. I will do my shopping elsewhere. Who knows what OTHER shady and unethical features are buried within this app. Stay away.
