The only thing worse than the app is their website

Pages fail to load, particularly the shopping cart. You might try for hours to open your cart and edit items (including just removing items which takes several minutes each - when it works and when doesn’t just take you back to the home page). “Saved for Later” items which are sold out cannot be removed. I had failures happen at point of purchase that were so time consuming, I just gave up and purchased elsewhere. It’s a total mess. They’ve lost hundreds of dollars from me this year alone... multiply that by the number of prospective customers, and the company is losing quite a bit of money because of this terrible app. It really needs to be overhauled, but the company hasn’t prioritized it.


Glitchy, slow app

This app crashes every time I use it. Using the back arrow means scrolling through 3-15 random products one at a time, each one loading extremely slow. I don’t have internet otherwise I’d use the website - I’m giving up and ordering from another site.


Worst app!

Love the store, hate the app. I tried to delete it and reinstall, and then I had to finally get rid of it! Takes forever to load every time you click on a product. Stick with using the website.


Blank with Header

For the past week the app has been blank with just a header. Tried various networks, uninstall/reinstall. Still just as annoying. Loved before TJMaxx took over. App has suffered since.


Started glitchy on I-phone but now not working at all

Having huge issues with lag recently. And you click on an object then hit back and it scrolls you through each item on the list individually not back into the main section you were just in... Hopefully they fix soon. I’ve been waiting for over a month now... Now the apps totally not working on the IPhone. Sure takes the ease out of my online Holiday shopping. Come on Dev team!


Needs fixing

I like to shop at Sierra but the app is broken and had been for a long time. Every time you’re on a product and wants to return to the main menu, and click “back”, it will show you the previous item on the list instead of showing the main menu. Really annoying.


App has bugs

Developers — try using the app to shop and you’ll see what I mean. It doesn’t let me return to search gallery, only “back” to whatever the previous item is in the search list. This latest update has some serious bugs. Please update soon!


Worst shopping experience

Wow, Sierra! I have been a loyal customer for many, many years. This app makes me not shop here now. It is infuriating how long it takes to do simple things. The way you have to filter like 6 times just to get to a category (say, men’s winter coats), and then when you scroll through many options and select an item, it sloooowwwwly opens. Then when you try to simply click the back button to get back to the list of items (that took you 6 selections to achieve), it does not take you back to your place in the list of items you were scrolling through. Oh no. It brings you through about 10 other items you have no interest in before bringing you back. Forget it. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Your website developers truly did a disservice to this company.

They’ve got to be losing tons of money. The app used to work pretty decent; now it’s a glitchy mess! Love the products. Love the deals. Hate this app! Website is average.

I love shopping at Sierra, but it’s the most annoying thing in the world to try to look at something and having it run through 30 things I don’t want to look at. I’ve literally left their site while planning to place an order and shopped elsewhere due to this most annoying feature.
