This is a terrible app. Often it doesn’t load, and if it does it crashes.
Someone broke the app badly.

iPhone SE. iOS 13.3.1. Nothing loads in, only header shows. The rest is white space. Searching shows no results. App crashed when I tried to view cart. This app is in a completely broken state. How did this happen?

I’ve installed and uninstalled the app multiple times. It never loads the home screen and the hamburger menu doesn’t respond to touch. Never had an issue with any of my other apps. Frustrating because I can’t search online with their current setup. Sierra is definitely losing sales by slacking on app upkeep.
Trouble when using with VPN

When I’m running VPN on my phone, this app won’t work. If I close VPN down then it works. I’ve talked with their tech support and they said their app should work and don’t know what to tell me. I’ve tried all their fixes but they don’t help. All my other apps on my phone work great while running VPN. I’ve tried reloading. So now I just won’t use their app.

Nightmare! The cart on the app never loads! Never! I can shop and put items in the cart but can’t see them in the cart and delete or save for later! It was like this for years! Loading is slow, deleting was always slow too even from the regular web. What kind of moron made their website and app? And why they never improve?
Worst shopping app, ever.

First, TJ Maxx has completely ruined STP. This used to be a great outlet for outdoor, hunting and fishing gear. Now it’s a fashion store with a few outdoor items. Second, this is probably the worst shopping app, ever. Bugs like crazy, you can’t look at an item and then go back to it or your search- you have to go back through 10 or 12 items (if it works) that you haven’t looked at nor have interest in that are in the same department. Shopping apps are EASY. Spend a little money and make this thing work. Finally, they have slowly jacked their prices up to the point where you have to check everything on Amazon because it’s often cheaper there.
