Great store, terrible app

This is not an intuitive app at all. It’s difficult to see any products - you have to click on the pic, but when you go back, you’re not taken to the previous screen, you’re taken to all of the previous products. You have to close the app, reopen, and try again. I shop this store often, but have avoided it lately due to the irritating format they’ve created.

I’ve been using this app successfully for years. Unfortunately, the latest update makes the iOS version totally inoperative. Tech support was contacted but oblivious. Too bad.
Not the year to fail at online shopping

This is not the year to ignore your online base. Seriously need to update this app and it’s bugs. You are probably losing hundreds of dollars per customer that leaves frustrated because they can’t finish simple tasks that other stores make effortless. Ex: Me changing my address. Sorry I spent hours shopping in the first place now.

this is the worst app I’ve ever tried to use A few times now I have tried to purchase things from this app, only to end up in an INFINITE LOOP at checkout and never buying anything! Maybe that’s good. Maybe the makers of this app are hoping I will save my money, rather than spend it in their store? Very altruistic, but a terrible business plan

Even after reloading the app to my iPad it opens to a blank screen. Pretty useless.

I have download and deleted numerous times to try to get to work, but the app opens to a blank screen on my 2020 iPad Pro

The app does not open on my iPad Pro. Opens with the Sierra logo in the middle, then goes to an endless white screen. iPad asks about location permission, but that’s it.

I have enjoyed this app in the past. Now, I can no longer shop through the app or online because I use a VPN. Other apps (REI, Backcountry, etc.) allow me to use their apps with my VPN on. Is this an update you can make?

This app rarely works right. Difficult to navigate, buggy, wont let me navigate to the cart....therefore I can’t check out ie: spend money. Nothing but downhill since Sierra Trading Post was bought out!
