Works when Google Voice didn’t

I couldn’t port my number to Google Voice due to its locations but luckily I was able to through Sideline. The process took 3 days which is completely reasonable. Afterwards I had issues with text messages not working due to a problem with AT&T not completing the routing. Sideline support was great! The issue was resolved in a day. The customer/tech service alone makes it work it, but only $10 a month for a second phone line is about as good as it gets.

I rarely leave reviews and if I do it is usually to praise someone for their work. In the case of sideline I am leaving a review to help small business owners choose the right business phone service and sideline is NOT the best! I used sideline for a couple years and when I wanted to take my number with me it was weeks before it could be ported out AND I had to pay $ for it! Worst part of everything they offer zero customer phone support. They best they can do is live chat and email support. Not worth it. Get your second number from another App. Two thumbs down!

No Apple CarPlay support

My business requires me to be on the road a lot. I do not receive text messages or phone calls when connected to Apple CarPlay. I hope there is an update to this soon.

So I downloaded this about 2 yrs ago. Recently I’ve noticed some unknown payments on my credit card. Then I figured out it was sideline. So I deleted the app. I tried to find some free ones but wasn’t any. I recommend you don’t waste ur time on this app.
