I downloaded this app 5 years ago. Just got another iPhone added a payment method then got charged for a subscription that’s not refundable and now I’m wasting my time trying to find out how to cancel it

I had that app for over 2 years the past few months been really bad major issues with not showing caller I’d when someone is calling which makes it harder for business.

I’ve had this app for less than a year and they have just deactivated my number on me TWICE! It’s so unprofessional to my clients and it also takes a lot of time to update ALL of my systems and information with a new random number. I’m disappointed and going to find a better platform.

I have so many sideline number in my contacts. My ring tones and voicemail messy up to much for my business. The customer service is great and very fast and responsive

I needed to find an app to port over our business’s after hours cell. We didn’t use it much and it was a pain to carry around. I tried google voice who claimed you could port a number…. Only to be met by an error over and over again. Customer service was crap, they gave me directions that didn’t match my options. Finally found a forum online of other people hitting the same issue and basically you can’t port over when you hit that. I tried text now and couldn’t find the option to port. Emailed customer service and they replied several days later and honestly IDK what they said the issue was bc I already started the ball rolling with Sideline. The port here DID also give me an error (why is this so hard? ?). But I was able to live chat and got an answer right away. I emailed them all my info and got a sideline notification within an hour that my number was being ported. I was given an email and phone # to text them for an update on the port. They told me it would be 3-5 days to port and it was done in 2. Got a sideline notification that it was complete and it’s been running smoothly ever since.

I’ve downloaded this app to have a separate business number from my personal cell. I have the paid version also. I get calls from people every day being told that scammers are calling from my sideline number. Or I’ll get. Call saying that someone had a missed call from my sideline number but that’s not possible because I do not use sideline to make out going calls. I’ve make tons of signs with my sideline number on them so I looked into porting my number over but they make you pay $20 to do that because “numbers cost money” is what sideline says. If sideline owns the number then how are spammers using it also? Look into QuickBooks calling app, I’ve heard it’s much better!

I do not appreciate being “forced” to give access to my contacts list. I wanted an app to do business only and keep my personal life from being involved. Now they REQUIRE access to my contacts and that stupid banner requesting it has become annoying. So I’ve canceled my subscription and told everyone I referred to do the same. We can take our business elsewhere. I don’t appreciate harassment. You don’t need access to my for a “better app experience”. My experience was fine as it was.

Can’t change my password

I forgot my password, the messages they use to recover password won’t work and there is no one to contact. So I payed for a whole year and not able to use the app anymore. I’m stuck!!!

-Read reviews -Chatted with..someone, heard what I needed to hear, SOUNDED good -Bought Annual Membership -TOOK OVER 5 WEEKS JUST TO PORT MY # -NO REFUNDS FROM SIDELINE -DOES NOT WORK WITH iPAD EITHER-I was told it did -75% OF MY TEXTS SEND & RECEIVE TWICE -CALLER ID DOES NOT SHOW-SL CALLS GO TO CELL PHONE/PERDONAL VOICEMAIL-CANNOT CHANGE TEXT SIZE FROM ITTY-BITTY, its useless most the time, have to have SIRI dictate it, OH WAIT, THAT DOESNT WORK WITHIN THIS “FULL OF BULL” APP EITHER So, it was a horrible decision to come to SL. If this saves just ONE person from the brain damage it will cause, then it was worth the rant. For real, this service is NOT a deal! NOW, 1 YEAR LATER-STILL HAVE DOCUMENTED MILES OF “SUPPORT” EMAILS AND ZERO- Z E R O RESOLUTION AND JUST A COMPLETELY HORRIBLE YEAR OF MISSING APPT CALLS, LOSING CLIENTS CAUSE SL MADE ME LOOK LIKE SKIPPY THE PUNK WORST DECISION E V E R IN BUSINESS FOR ME!
