I have tried to cancel my service as I no longer have a need to use a phone number in a specific area. Go a message it was cancelled but still charging me.

We want Dark Mode !!! Every other app has dark mode including iPhone. Where is Sideline dark mode?

My app isn’t working as of late, it was very reliable before and I used it everyday. So can we get this fixed please ??

I received roughly 50-60 calls a day. The auto texting is good but call quality is a gamble. I put in a ticket for a resolution to my issues and was told it’s because I am using Bluetooth headphones. Nothing they can do. Duplicate notifications and constant barrage of alerts for every call to answer, let you know it’s missed, follow up add notes is overwhelming and not customizable. It’s the best that’s out there but it sure is a gamble.

I’m so mad! Calls were being forwarded to my “real” number. Allowing customers to know my private line number. I unsubscribed and deleted the number immediately! I called my sideline number myself and it gave out my real number. I would like a full refund for each month that I subscribed to Sideline because the app released my personal, private number by forwarding my calls to my private line.

I still haven’t been able to remove this cursed app from my iPhone, and it just keeps looping me to other places. And I still haven’t been able to remove it!!

When placing a call to someone, it rings once then goes silent so I can’t tell if the receiver has picked up or if it’s gone to voicemail.. I tried the other way around where I would have someone call my Sideline number and it does the same thing. Once I pick up, it goes completely dead silence.

I love this app and have used it for over 3 years. It’s reliable, customer support is responsive, and I love the flexibility it gives me. The text autoresponder is great for managing client expectations and I appreciate being able to forward calls directly to voicemail when I can’t be available. Thanks so much for this outstanding service.
