Love but...

I really do love the app. It makes emails and promotions so much easier. The only thing I don’t like. Is when ping suggests an action. They say “our store” lol I know it’s a bit trivial but I worked too hard to have an app try to take some kind of ownership.

After installing, I started receiving notifications from other companies’ customers and their responses. People were asking for, among other things, support in purchasing charcoal toothpaste. Order numbers and personal information included. Some in English. Some in Spanish. Some in Chinese. I have saved screenshots and am making sure to disconnect from Facebook immediately before I compromise my company’s and my customer’s security.

Forced Rate for upgrade
Ive been testing this for the past 3 days against our ads team. Results are lower 2.5x ROI on Ad siege vs our team average of 4.75. But it’s better than nothing. I’ll continue to test and push for improvement on ROI.
