Shopbop sits in a competitive space but does a nice job in differentiating itself and consistently providing shoppers with exciting choices. Lenient returns policy, strong customer service, and easy (almost too easy) app experience.

I've been shopping on Shopbop for several years, and ever since they launched the app it has been getting better and better. I love "what's new section" and that orders' info is now available on the app as well. Sometimes I just browse and heart stuff, so I can get an app notification that my "hearted" items are on sale.
Logging in is IMPOSSIBLE

The login process is seriously the worst ever. You're asked to enter a combination of letters and numbers shown to you but they never match. This is terrible! I have done a lot of shopping via this app in the past but don't see that happening anymore.
