Great Shopping Experience

I’ve been shopping at Shopbop since 2006. Love that they have an easier avenue to shop with their app! I’ve never had any problems with app stability or anything. Because of this app and it’s ease of use, Shopbop continues to be the best place for me to do my clothes, shoe and gift shopping!

It is so well organized and easy to use-LOVE that you can use amazon prime for shipping! Shopbop is one of my favorite sites on which to shop.

Your app drives me crazy I’ll be browsing through a search I made, with filters and such, and all of a sudden one of your dumb pop-ups appears on the bar on the top of the page, which is so easy to click on by accident when you’re scrolling...so without fail it happens and then I can’t get back to where I was because there’s no back button, and I have to do my search all over again and find my place. It is unbelievably frustrating. I don’t want to see your Calvin Klein underwear sale!!!!! and I don’t want to look at your so called must-have’s!!! I want to continue browsing what I was browsing to shop for. Pop ups and advertisements are meant to drive customers on news sites etc to *your* website. I’m already there. Or you advertise your curated sales in a section of the home page. So poorly designed and difficult to use. I’m a loyalist who shops online all the time. Your app is annoying to use for other reasons but this problem is most glaring. FIX THIS!

I’m a frequent Shopbop customer, and I almost exclusively shop via the app now. It’s simple, straight forward, and user friendly.
Sorting does not work

The app claims you can sort via a variety of filters including prices low-to-high or by your hearts (favourites) but it doesn’t actually sort for you. Since the update, you can no longer just see which of your hearts have gone on sale, either. Very disappointed with this update.

This is the best! I love the perks and partnership with amazon prime. I wish there were more/bigger sales because as a single teacher I cannot afford a lot, but would buy so much more if deal we a little more affordable!!
