4100 error

Common issue. Killed my game after spending money. Error says your not connected to internet though you are. Known issue across forums with no solution.

The game was fun while it lasted. Not sure what has happened but it is broke now. I can not get past the log in screen and constantly get an error message that says to check my internet connection.

I really enjoy the game otherwise I would have never noticed that OPS failed to renew their certificates and the game has been down for 3 days as they wait for their CA to issue new certificates. Workaround is to set your system time to Thursday last week.

I love the game it is very unique My only problem is that rarely the game will not connect to servers and i cant play for about a month, the withdrawal is kinda rough so i hope a dev sees and fixxes this but otherwise great game

Cant connect to the game. It says to check my internet connection but every other app o have is fine with its connection.

The team running this game takes the word incompetence to a whole new level. First, the game lag can be so horrendous that I feel like they run the server out of an old cardboard box and some fishing line. The sporadic lag is bad enough to drive new players away. You honestly wouldn’t know what you are clicking on or how to access any of the tabs and menus. You tap a button on screen, wait up to 15 seconds, then something might happen. Some days, it’s that bad. Second, they allowed their certificate to expire in the iOS App Store, therefore making it impossible for iOS players to access their game. The official workaround - yes official- was to “set your device’s internal clock back to before our certificate expired.” Then you can play. Ok...... no thank you. We are on day 3 with no idea when or even if we will be able to log in again. I enjoy the game play and the mechanics. I enjoy being part of a city of players who are working together. I enjoy the art style of the game. I do not enjoy being screwed around by bad management, technical inadequacies, and poor communication. If the game ever returns, I would suggest you avoid it.

So many bugs

Played this game for several months and loved it...despite the massive lag, the fact that they don’t advertise purchasing means no more free gems, I was never even responded to when I messaged customer support, and finally I started getting “failure to connect” error. I didn’t even get to participate in an entire raid weekend despite deleting and downloading the game again. Customer support never got back and I basically wasted what little money I spent. All in all don’t waste your time because they don’t care enough to even respond let alone fix bugs. I won’t be back.

I’ve been playing this game on and off for what feels like a couple years now. I’ve seen reviews where people complain about having to spend money but to get the game’s special currency(gems), you don’t need to spend a dime like some games. In this one you can easily trade your craftable items with players around the world and with a little patience you can get any upgrade whether it’s a short term or permanent boost to gameplay. In conclusion, I don’t feel like the game pressures me to spend money but I will admit that I love the game so much that I’ve spent a little on it and since it’s not a super “competitive” game it’s really not necessary.

I was excited to try this game out but I can’t get into it. I get the error code 4100 and read on forums it may be my internet. Reset my router with no luck. Tried mobile network with no luck. Disappointing.
