Fun game... When it works

It's a good game when it works, but it forces you to upgrade every time they release a new version, and 50-75% of the upgrades have a bug that prevents the game from loading. The load screen sticks on "downloading content," and will go no further, so you have to wait for cloudcade to get around to a new update before you can play again. Sometimes that's months. Pass. ?

Amazing game but connection issue

This game creates a both relaxing but engaging experience. It gives you a sense of operation. I like the idea that you are a shopper and you are assisting the heroes, crafting and selling valuables, but at the same time, be able to send heroes on quests. It feels like how a fantasy game supposed to be. Issues: I have experienced several disconnections and at first I thought it was my internet's problem. But have tested it several times else where with great internet, the game still experience lag and disconnect over time. Says server is not keeping up and out of sync. Please look into this issue, as it shouldn't be a obstacle for the development of a great game.

Lags upgrade server?

There are many times the server lags and delays. In addition to that, sometimes when I re open it because of the lags, the actions and stuff I just did acted as if nothing happened at all, like a rollback. The app needs to be updated! Good game but needs update!

What’s with the constant lag ?????

I love the game, i really do. but man!! with a 20 sec lag it’s unplayable sometimes. and the lag makes me spend more of my resources than intended as well. I’ve bought all 3 starter packs and planned to buy more but if you guys don’t fix this issue, this might be the end for me. And i’ve seen talk in world chat about people getting annoy at the lag too so please. .—. once the lag issue is solve, i’ll change my review back to 5 stars like it should

Great game, but the lag spikes hold it back

Great game overall. You can play the game all the way to endgame for free, but it will take a longgg time to become competitive in cooperative city raids and PVP. The basic setup to compete with people is around $100-120 for all of the packages. You can earn in game currency through trading your time for other people’s impatience with the market, so you don’t have to spend a dime on gems if you don’t want to. City raids are my favorite part of the game! The lag spikes are the only thing that hold this game back. With as much money as people spend on this, they really should put less money toward profit and more toward improving servers and optimization. The community is fantastic if you keep looking until you find a good city to join.

The game is fun and the graphics are amazing. I like the way you can do PvP to make things challenging. I am happy it is not one of those games where you get attacked by other players for resources. I can focus on developing my city and focus on hearing my heroes for pvp. I will give it a 5 star when they come out with iPhone X support.

Extremely laggy

Basically unplayable to this point. Everything I do takes 30 secs to actually active and start working. Crafting, choosing a city name, investing, etc. all of it. Maybe it's just me since I couldn't find anyone else with the problem but it's still a disappointment.

This game is like Potion Shop in that they both have the word “Shop” in their title and play similar background music. Potion Shop was a great game that if you were clever and patient, you could play without spending money. This version has taken the freemium model to a ludicrous extreme. For example; A personal hero quest can take over 4 hours to complete. If the quest fails, your 2 heroes are out of commission for 8 hours, unless you pay to have them healed. When I say the cost is hefty, I’m not exaggerating. When I log in to the game, I feel like there is a virtual mugger in the app, waiting to strong arm me out of more money.

Game won't get past load screen

I've played this game quite a bit a while ago but took about a year off. Tried to get back on it and been sitting on load screen over and hour. I deleted and re installed didn't fix anything
