Amazing Game, but Could Do More With VR

So far, I love the game. It reminds me so much of Persona 3 Portable. While there may be in app purchases, it is not needed to play the game and do well. I love the VR mode, but I think it would be cool if more was done with this. Like Pokemon Go, you could walk around with your phone, and get a notification of a “nearby demon.” As long as you are in the general area you can fight the demons, talk to them, etc. It would give you items, experience, or a new demon. You would not have to have your phone on and out, and demons would not show on a map, but as long as you have location services and notifications on, you can come across a demon. In addition, you could also maybe come across other people with the app who were in that location at some point. You could friend them, and choosing to interact with their demon will give you all the info on that demon. Like strengths, weaknesses, nulls, etc.
Too much grinding

It has the megami tensei gameplay I really like but it has some major issues. The first being the wanted quests. They happen extremely infrequently so many players might not ever do one. The other flaw is the evolve system. It requires so much grinding to the point where if you don’t pay, the majority of your time in this game will be spent on grinding
Wish I knew if the game was functional...

I constantly get disconnected from the server, I have internet at home and on my phone and am still having problems. Almost certain it is a problem with the game and not my internet cause connection. Willing to try to rewrite review when I get further into the game without any disconnects.(Update: Even worse now, can’t even play because the game crashes almost everytime I do anything menu related.)

I enjoy the game a lot. Well that was until the update. For some reason it’s trying to get me to make a purchase or something cuz it keeps sending me to the billing thing and telling me there was an error “try again”
Endless tutorial

This game has the longest tutorial I’ve ever seen as a mobile game, so lame, deleted after 30 min and the tutorial still not finished
Full package for Megami Tensei fans

As a huge Megaten fan, I can easily say that this is not a lazy cash grab. This game is full of content already, even without a finished story. Building and optimizing your team through fusion, enhancing, and other new features is insanely addictive. As far as I know, this is the only SMT with a proper PVP mode and it is the press turn system at its full potential. Between the story (and hard mode replays), Aura Gate, Demon Buster missions, and PVP, you're gonna have a lot to sink your teeth into. Hee ho, Megatennists!
Ok but needs work

The biggest problem I have with this game is the broken bands feature. For some reason every time I obtain one in a quest, it will disappear from my inventory when I try to equip it. It makes it so I can’t even use them
