While I’m still salty this is the closest I can get to my old favorite of SMT:IMAGINE, this game gives some nostalgia I’m happy for. My complaints are as have been said before in other reviews : The game overheats my phone to the point it hurts to touch. : What the heck is with the way female characters are portrayed? I want a SMT game, not a half eroge. : I understand Japan still thinks homosexuality is a mental disorder and frat boys still think it’s a slur, but can “gay” not be a censored word?

Update still going strong

Getting better waiting for more units don’t have to spend money unless you want to, can fuse up any monster later

Nice game, but I’m more of a persona fan

AWESOME HFJEXJWIXBUXBW

SMT franchise is one of my fave when it comes to RPG. And even in mobile, it does not disappoint. I gotta say i was at awe of how much was cramped in terms of processing power of a mobile. The game is generous but I do declare please do support this game just buying a one time transaction. It will help them to keep the servers alive for a much longer duration PLEASE SUPPORT THIS GAME.

Good for beginners, no so good for SMT hardcore fans

As a hardcore fan of SMT franchise, having played almost every game in the different platforms I commend atlus for making this game available for everyone...sadly this democratization makes the game too easy and sometimes boring...perhaps if they can create some extremely difficult game mode would be more interesting...for example as difficult as SMT 3 or SMT 4 apocalypse...

Great Soundtracks with Cool and Decorated World

Great game and lives upto the series standard as usual!

All data gone.

EDIT: Initially gave it 5 stars until I lost all progress because the game needed to update. Never playing again. Don’t release a time sink game that deletes your progress. Incredibly disappointed. They did a really fantastic job with this game. Sure, there are micro transactions, but not once has it prevented me from playing and enjoying the game. Most things like “energy” and “movement” that seem like mechanics that prevent you from progressing quickly aren’t a big deal because there’s SO much to do. Honestly, those mechanics help the user to explore everything else the game has to offer. It’s a fine line to walk, and they are currently walking it well. Graphics are amazing, gameplay is fun and on par with all other SMT games.

It's good but...

Omgwtfkitteh

Holy crap this game needs to chill on the tutorial bits. It acts like no one has played an app game or persona-esqe game in their life. It's so frustrating to be interrupted a ton of times.

Fun game but crashes sometimes

reol is a good band

Really nice that we can craft demons tho it gets really pricey especially the price gap between each rarity. But the game does crashes sometimes, twice today already, it consumed my stamina and crashes at the end before the result page and of course I didn’t get my reward for the fight. Tho stamina does recharge quickly, it’s still a disappointment.

A Simplified Version of SMT

This is a pretty good SMT mobile game. All the concepts of the beloved Shin Megami Tensei franchise is here: The famous and reused compendium of demons, all well done in 3D, all still have their 2D artwork and lore. The plot of the story is dark, questioning society and the point of existance, as well as drawing from Japan’s weird Akihabara otaku culture. The grind is real, but since it’s an app, you’re able to auto-grind. The concept of talking to and convincing demons to join your party is here and can also be automatic but its never a gaurunteed success (its better if you do it manually), and of course demon fusion is available, but you also have gacha summons. Nothing here is really P2W since they give you enough resources to get through the game without money. And of course there are dialogue choices that will most likely affect the end of the story. It’s worth it if you’re new to or a veteran of the series and want to have easy access to an SMT game.
