Just updated. Now app doesn’t show anything beyond splash screen. Complete fail.

I can’t see all of their charging stations on my map, and the suggestion I received of “deleting and re-downloading it” didn’t work. Super frustrating. Also the text notifications don’t work. On top of that, more then 90% of the chargers in Koreatown (Los Angeles) don’t work. Some of them have been down for over a year. Who is responsible for fixing these things? Also STOP putting chargers in areas you can’t park in from 7am to 9am/4pm to 7pm during rush hour. How is this helpful to charge for those of us that work normal jobs?

This app is only somewhat functional. I was able to quickly download it to charge on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood/Los Angeles without issue. But the app doesn’t show any charging stations in the map and notifications do not work.

I used the car to charge my car twice and the ap has no way of telling you what you are being charged for afterwards , I used only $5 worth of charging for 5 hours and I got charged $15 for what the extra $10 is for It doesn’t say. The ap absolutely does not tell you what you are being charged for and when you add it up it cost twice as much as gasoline - very shady business if you ask me - will NEVER use again!!!

This app is worthless. The map to find chargers tries forever and then doesn’t find any chargers. Not even when I’m standing in front of one.

Works enough to pay and see your charge. Location doesn’t work. Kinda pointless if you want to charge elsewhere other than where you work. Doesn’t show where you used last. I have to put the station code in every time. Such a simple app that they can’t get right. -1 more star. App does NOT notify you when the car is done charging. So you forget and get charged for keeping your car plugged in. My alerts are on.
Still horrible especially when using the maps to find your charger

Always says that I am in the North Atlantic Ocean +7k miles away when trying to locate a local charging station, been this way for years. Horrible customer support including IT department.
