Update?? 3.2.2 still useless

I use PlugShare to find Greenlots stations. The app is barely functional to at least let me get started charging but beyond that it does nothing. The map doesn’t populate charging locations, doesn’t allow me to check in to show the station as busy, nor do the wattage/cost/time metrics work.

I purchased a juice bar car charger and they use Greenlots app to process payments. I put the machine in my public car park and have had nothing but problems. I have not received payment from greenlots for the charging for months! I can’t even get the support people to contact me, same with accounting. I shut the machine down two weeks ago figuring someone would reach out to me and ask why the machine was not working...still no response. I contacted their corporate office and spoke to someone that told me they would escalate this issue and have someone contact me. I seriously do not know how this company is in business. They clearly can’t support their product. Awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend greenlots to an enemy.

Our office complex recently installed 16 bays that use greenlots. I have had no issues charging; in addition, the app gives very useful info (Kw hours used per session/month/etc)

App does not work!!! No option to select a state in plans menu, map does not pull up charging locations even though one is across the street! Ok thanks Greenlots for confirming I’ll use ChargePoint and EVGO!

I plugged in an address and all it keeps saying is “loading” for many minutes. PlugShare is far superior to this crap.

The app won't tell you specifically how you're being charged. I Plugged in for 19 minutes, and received 2.04 kWH for 3 dollars even. But there's nothing that shows what the cost per kWH is. Seems like there is some bad rounding happening here. Won't use again if I have a choice.

There is no notification when charging is complete- the app just stops updating. The app will keep running and billing you until you pull the plug- overcharging the customer.

This company dominates most of the public EV chargers in LA, most of the time the chargers aren’t working correctly. They don’t answer support messages or help you figure out how to get a charge. Terrible, extremely disappointing service - use ChargePoint if available. Update: the 2 chargers in my neighborhood have been broken for over 2 months now. They still don’t return support messages. They should be shut down.

Update 3.2.4 does not work for me....

Just updated the app and found that i can no longer us the app, it just shows me a gray screen.
