Unit logs 278 kWh on a level 2 charger after 32 minutes!?! Zeros out my prepaid balance charging me 20.50. You won’t be getting any more of my money and the company that contracted to use you will be made aware of this along with the number of days it’s taking to resolve the problem.

Constant “Invalid evse id or evse id not found” errors. Couldn’t even charge one time. But of course they got my PII before I knew it was worthless. I’ll uninstall and (if possible) delete my account.

If I had choices, I would have never downloaded this app. Apparently government and utility companies don’t care about how users feel... oh wait, they never did... and probably never will... The fact in year 2019 this app is still not optimized for iPhone X gives you a clue.

The app is outdated and barely functional. Random network issues, sluggish interface and an empty map. Plus, several design elements are from several versions of iOS ago, meaning they are not keeping this app up to date, and/or their developers are non-existent or of amateur capability. Compare this to something like ChargePoint and it’s confounding why businesses are letting them install their hardware in their parking lots. This isn’t a customer benefit, it’s a broken promise.

Terrible UI Map never loads App isn’t scaled for iPhone X App obviously hasn’t been updated in like 5 years It’s painfully obvious that this company either doesn’t care at all about maintaining their mobile app, or is just incompetent. Don’t give them your $25 for charge credits, chances are the app won’t work and you’ll never get it back.

My success rate on getting Greenlots chargers to communicate with the network and charge us about 50%. The app looks like it was written for a first-gen iPhone. When things don’t work and you want to submit a trouble report, it attempts to open your default email client and send an email. What is this, 2005?

Both stations and app are difficult to use. Map doesn’t show actual stations when set to show all or show available (PlugShare is more accurate), map search doesn’t recognize city names or zip codes, isn’t optimized for iPhone X screen, navigation icons aren’t clear, stations regularly have codes obscured (wouldn’t be a problem if map worked). Disappointing.

Most of their chargers are dead, offline, and in need of repair. This company was quick to take government money to build up the system but has ZERO sense about supporting and maintaining it. Get off the grid so others can fix your mess.
