I can't sign in

I've tried resetting my password and I can sign in just fine through the website but the app doesn't seem to work for me it keeps saying I have an error authenticating.

Game streaming has always interested me, and this app is definitely the best streaming service I’ve found so far. Games run great, I have little to no lag, and it even works with cellular data. However, the only problem I could find is that when I play my games, it’s impossible to play them without an mfi controller. Please add a way to play games just using on screen controls like with the PlayStation remote play app.

This app needs a virtual joystick (at least.). Most of the crappy MFi controllers don’t support 16 buttons so just about every PC game you’d want to stream through this service ends up as a lackluster crippled experience. I just doesn’t matter how good the streaming service is if you can’t play the game because you are missing buttons. The “best” MFi controller out there is the miserable SteelSeries Nimbus that only has 14 buttons. It’s missing analog stick clicks (r3 and l3) as well as missing a back / start button. So if you want to play most modern games using controllers in this app, you can’t melee, sprint, change views, or some other critical gameplay feature. Additionally, without a back / start button you can’t access things like maps, or menus, or many other features in quite a few games. Total dealbreaker for this kind of service. Finally. The keyboard needs to be rewritten to be an onscreen transparent keyboard. Lose the crappy built in iOS keyboard as it’s totally useless for this kind of application. So close to being good, yet so far. Definitely not worth $35 a month without these basic features. Get these features added and in parallel reach out to some MFi controller manufacturers to get them on board with supporting the basic standard for game controllers since the ps2 (2000) and the original Xbox (2001). 16 buttons or none at all.

I have seen a couple of reviews about not being able to carry account and I can’t either. It’s really stupid that I can’t even creat an account. And the thing is the creators haven’t even responded to those reviews. If there is a problem with your app (especially one this small) you should fix your problem that your low reviews tell you.

Works great for games with MFI controllers, however, if the team here could somehow find a way to include a touch controller that maybe emulates keyboard and mouse/Xbox controller input for those quick gaming sessions that would be fantastic!

I love the convenience of shadow but unfortunately I live in an area that is limited to only Comcast service. While it’s fast enough to run shadow very well, comcast limits the service to 1tb a month and then charge $10 for each 50gb. With my households usual internet usage this leaves me about 300gb of extra bandwidth to use for shadow. That’s about 20hrs of gameplay at low streaming settings. So, in my case, this just doesn’t make sense over buying a good gaming device. Until Comcast drops their data cap or we get some good competition in our area It just doesn’t make sense for me to use Shadow.

Solid service and app with room to grow

Definitely a great streaming service and the first that has me consider a cloud PC as a primary system. However, in iOS, the lack of keyboard/accessory support has me wanting more. Additionally, the lack of native pass-thru to windows touch screen gestures means my bank of windows touch friendly games cannot be played without falling back on VNC or the like.

Figures this would be perfect for me and was excited than to realize that it won’t even authenticate for me even tho I can on the website and I already paid for it. Is this a scam???

Keyboard and mouse solution?

Hello, so I noticed something about one of the reviews and i was thinking maybe have on screen controls that can bind with the keyboard and instead of using a mouse to turn the camera just use ur fingers instead
