The service is impressive

This shadow cloud is impressive, you will almost forget it’s on the cloud seeing how fast it is really, There is only few things missing that will make it more than perfect. It needs native keyboard support and mic support.

Great App

I have been blown away by what I can do with this app. I can play full triple A games with minor lag. I do hope you can add Bluetooth mouse and wired support for iOS devices since Apple dose not natively support mouse. These feature is the only thing miss from me using my iPhone as a desktop setup. Great work guys??????

This app is Awesome

I have been going to the doctors and hospital for cancer diagnosis and honestly besides my girlfriend this makes me so happy to have while I’m in a hospital bed. It’s awesome to be able to game on an iPad and have full pc games. This app works beautifully with the steel series nimbus controller. Definitely recommended for the monthly price! This service isn’t perfect, but better then spending thousands of dollars on the same type of configuration along with mobile game on pretty much any device :)

Works Great!

The app says L3 R3 support was fixed but I have the rotor riot controller and windows doesn’t recognize when I press the left stick and right stick down.

Love shadow! But need some improvement.

N1 service & performance

Shadow is an amazing concept for anyone looking for a gaming pc or just simply a powerful computer. I have been using shadow for over a month now and I can say it’s amazing with the new kind of technology they are using. The recommendations that I am going to make are simply for apple products so the gamer can fully utilize Shadow. - Shadow needs to make all Bluetooth controllers operational on apple phones and tablets. (As most of the games require the analog stick push down and the start/select buttons to fully utilize the game.) (there are no gaming controllers available for apple products with these functions. ) - need to improve latency and communication between inputs while gaming on the mobile devices at low connection setting. - also I know they are working on the microphone to operate during gaming as it does not work on any platform that I have tried. (Pc, phones, tablets, etc. ) - needs to work on the touch screen keyboard for all inputs and commands to operate while in game just as a real keyboard. (I.e. activate interaction menu or a simple tab button to see your kills or people in the room etc. ) simply put all functions must operate with touchscreen keyboard. Other then those simple things it is the future of gaming. I would directly like to say to Shadow that I have been showing this amazing product virtually everywhere I go and people are blown away by it. After doing endless amounts of research on your product I decided to sign up even though I have a powerful gaming pc, to give it a try after all the research, because I was extremely amazed at it’s possibilities. I am sure most people that I have demonstrated this product have signed up with Shadow. There is a lot more to be written but that would most likely turn into a book called “Why You Need To Sign Up With Shadow”.

Promising; needs better execution

Consider adding better touchscreen support and hardware keyboard support for iPad. I am under the impression that you guys don’t use this as a productivity machine via iPad

Perfect aside from input options

thedrag88

If this app just handled cursor/keyboard input like other desktop streaming apps do then it would be perfect. Even just not having the weight of a floating cursor really limits what you can do with this app, at the same time it’s nice having the option to not have a floating cursor. Perhaps a toggle for the floating cursor would work best.

Great, but a little janky right now

This is by far the best streaming PC experience I've ever had, and this is in comparison to even streaming a computer through various remote desktop software on a 1 gigabit internet line (here in Chattanooga). However, not having native Windows touchscreen gestures and automatic keyboard input of a physical keyboard on an iPad (iPad Pro 11 specifically) makes this fairly cumbersome to use as a productivity computer, and that's a little disappointing considering HOW GOOD the streaming is using Shadow on my internet line, and the fact that I'm not planning to use Shadow primarily as a gaming PC (with a controller) but as a powerful productivity computer. If this app had input similar to TeamViewer's experience, then this app would basically be perfect and I would not have any major complaints. Also, there are bugs currently with custom resolutions here on iOS. When setting the resolution 2388x1668 (to properly fit the entire display of my iPad Pro 11), there were considerable scaling/cropping issues that made it so that either: my input was offset by more than 100 pixels in a direction with some weird scaling or cropping issue, or that my entire screen was black (even when exiting and reentering the app or reconnecting) and the computer would not respond to shutdowns. It was a fumble to get working but I was eventually able to do it.
