Favorite videos removed

I think the refreshed app is more complex than the old one. Prior version had straightforward navigation of various characters. Now they are gone and my toddler's favorite videos are no longer available.

I understand apps have to be updated but this app is my toddlers FAVORITE thing, she even knows how to navigate it. Now pretty much all of the characters have been removed from the home screen, I know they are still in the menu on the side but I would have to go there to get what she wanted each time she wanted something new. Was it really too much to keep all the same characters on the home page? I know she's going to have trouble with the app now and she might even stop using it since big bird and the count are her favorites. Just give me the option to add them back to the home menu, wouldn't that be ok? EDIT: Wow! Thanks so much, I didn't expect at all that you would respond to my request, thank you so much! This app is still my daughters favorite now ?

So I came across this app two weeks ago when it was called SesameGO. It had all the characters that were on Sesame Street. Yes they were older videos from about the 70's, but it had my daughters favorite character the Count on it. She watched it nonstop and knew had to navigate around it. After the update they updated new style videos. Which is nice. However, they only have Elmo, Abby, Grover, Big Bird, Cookie, and Oscar. She has been crying non stop for the count. My husband even tried e-mailing and no response back! Please put the count back on!

Ever since the update, this app has worked very poorly. My son's favorite game (Guac Pop) won't load on either my iPhone or my iPad (stops at 80%). The sound is intermitent in all games - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it starts off not working then suddenly comes on at full volume. Also, why can't games be added to the Favorites page? And why am I constantly logged out?
Missing the Count!!! Education > entertainment!

My daughter loves this app and has learned to navigate it on her own. However, the update has eliminated Count von Count and his videos from the menu. We are so sad! The content is still okay, but removing the classic (and more educational) programming in favor of entertainment is a huge disappointment. Hoping we can find what she loves - and what helps her learn - on YouTube.

Great videos and content - everyone, young and old, loves Sesame Street. My 1+ year old likes to watch them, especially when she eats - but the videos are short so you have to keep coming back to the iPad to play a different one every minute for her while you're trying to cook, etc. I think all parents would love an option to press play and have videos play automatically back to back for each category or for the whole library on random, etc. Also would love an option to create a video playlist(s) where you can pick which videos you want for which kid. You get it - should be pretty simple functionality? Thanks!
Latest update makes app virtually unusable

This used to be my kids' favorite app. Ever since the latest update, however, it never fully loads on their Android tablets or my iPhone, it crashes all the time (I'm not exaggerating - every time I've used it for the past week, it crashed, and none of our devices have changed or done a new update, and our wifi is fine, so it's the app), and all of the pictures of characters on the homepage have been replaced with animated ones (when they actually load, which is rarely), which frustrates my child with special needs because nothing is recognizable to him anymore. They also took away all the Count videos, which was my child with special needs' favorite. Now all this brings is tears and frustration in our house. And since it was used as a reward, we're shelving it until they come to their senses and update it to fix the horrible bugs and restore what made this app interesting to and fun for my children. What a huge disappointment.
