Has worked for weeks and now shows an error. I have restarted, deleted and downloaded again. Tried to sign up and it won't let me. How do I tell my 16 month old that his favorite app doesn't work?
Bring back the old version

I'm willing to pay for the old version again. Everyone should write to them and request it back because clearly they don't look at their reviews....
Great app but...

Love the app and would give 5 stars, but there should be a way to keep the home button inactive while the app is in use. My 1 year old continues to exit out of it. Maybe place an icon within the app on the home screen to exit.

As Sesame Workshop (the developer of this app) has now said that using this service is now free, some of these reviews may be out-of-date. Also, with regards to some of these reviews, episodes of /Sesame Street/ are still being broadcast on PBS KIDS (as second-run episodes).

My son LOVES Elmo! This app works great for me when we're out places but I feel like it's missing something. Maybe they should update the app by adding the songs "the letter of the day" & "the number of the day" my son loves them two very much. Otherwise I can't complain, the app is cute .
Why the Change

We loved the old version of this app, not sure why they changed it. my son could save his favorite videos and watch them over and over. Now with the new update he can't find any of them. We had to do a search for his favorite ones, and then there was no way to save them for quick access again. Boo!
Disappointed in the new update

I love all the videos that this app makes available. I let my son watch a few videos before we start getting ready for bed. The main screen was perfect because he could choose which character videos he wanted to watch. I understand you have to update but please bring back the character portraits.
