Just got app, tried it out and it definitely doesn’t play games. I made sure sound was turned off as directed but it only played on videos

The videos all work and are nice for my daughter to watch but the games don’t work. She tries to play the train game but there are not tracks showing at the bottom of the screen to drag to the train. The games do lag and the music keeps going even when I click out of the app. It’s a shame that Seaame Street is as big as it is but can’t get their app to function properly.
Please fix the issue!

My son loves the app. The videos work great. But the games still have a sound bug. The last update says it fixed a sound issue but we are fully updated and still not working. Please fix it.

Sesame Street is a great show and has great apps but this is something that I need to get straight. Why are so many Sesame Street apps premium!!?? Seriously, if you guys want to educate children and toddlers, why do there parents have to pay? Why do there parents have to pay $ to educate there children??? Really, why? Either you make you’re apps free, or you make more Sesame Street apps that are free. Because I can’t bare to see so many apps from Sesame Street at least $0,99!

I downloaded this app for my 4yr old and while the games are fun & engaging- you aren’t able to hear anyone speak. There is background music & other sound fx but none of the dialogue works. I have turned the ringer on/off/on. Would be rated 5stars if the app actually worked.
