Easy to Use
I can't decide on a name...
I love this app! Surprisingly, it is just as easy as visiting the website on the computer, if not easier. I usually hate shopping on apps, but not this one!

Requires account to create order, spams you with promo notifications

Even though you can use Apple Pay they still require you to create an account when Apple Pay provides them with everything they need. If they insist on accounts then at the very least they should allow Sign In with Apple so we can protect our email address from spam. Speaking of SPAM, even if you turn off all notification choices in the app (except order status updates) they will spam you with push notifications about sales. This is a violation of App Store Guidelines and I will be reporting them to Apple, if they lose their ability to send push notifications then it was their fault.

Every time I try to open the app it opens with an error. Even trying to open Sephora from the website it automatically opens the app and it opens to an Error. I've deleted and re-downloaded with zero luck.

With this update I can no longer change the amount of a product in my cart. I have to delete it completely if I accidentally had 2 of something in the cart and then go back again and add it. On top of that the Apple Pay option disappeared. How does the apple pay just disappear. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it but it’s not there. I was about to make a thousand dollar purchase but now I’m aggravated. Your loss.

This app is great and it’s the way I like doing my shopping. The only downside which is kind of a big downside for me personally is the fact that the audio in the videos don’t work. I have to pull up the website separately to listen to the product’s video.
