I have been using the Sephora App since I bought my first smartphone! It's filled with thousands of cosmetics from moderately priced to the very top shelf available! It's very easy to find one’s way around the site, definitely user friendly. And there are always promotions available (free with purchases) as well as two free samples of your choice. The app is all the more important in the days of this pandemic. Items arrive quickly and shipping is often free. I love the Sephora App as much as I love their stores, possibly even more because there are more items on the App than any store could ever hold. New cosmetic lines are introduced and highlighted. Unsure of a good shade of foundation or new lipstick? No worries! Sephora allows you to compare your current brand and shade of foundation to your exact match in other and new brands! You can take a quick photo of your face & electronically try on shades of lipsticks, eyeshadows, etc! You can read hundreds of reviews from other Sephora clients on every item, read about how to use, ingredients, what harmful chemicals are not in an item. You can make your profile and compare cosmetics with others in your age range, eye, hair, and complexion color. With each purchase, you earn points that you can use for free samples and merch or cash towards purchases! The benefits are ENDLESS!
Terrible customer service

They messed up my order and sent me incorrect samples. When I messaged customer service about the issue they just made excuses and gave me 50 insider points (even the smallest sized samples are at least 100 points) and refused to send me my correct order. Would give this interaction 1 star, but I’ve had positive experiences in the past, so I gave it 2. I understand that errors happen, but the way customer service treated me was terrible.

IT WONT TAKE MY ZIP CODE

I tried to but my zip code and it won’t work. I know it’s not me because I checked with multiple people my zip code is 93117 it is five letters and it won’t take it. It says it is to short. so I tried other zip codes in my area and the same result. I’m disappointed I though this was going to be a quick transaction but it Is making me stressed out.
