Needs improvement

This app just isn’t the greatest. It’s slow and crashes sometimes. The layout isn’t good either, there’s too many buttons to press to get to where I want. Like for your list of favorites - you have to pull up the side panel, click on your account, click on lists, and then find your favorites on your profile. There’s just too much, it needs to be simplified.

I love how I can browse Sephora on my phone, make purchases, and test out products on the Virtual Artist without having to actually snap a pic! However, I was having issues where I seemed to have been logged off of my account, and certain items in my cart kept disappearing. If those glitches could be fixed, this would be a five-star app for sure!

This app makes it fast to check out because I don’t have any extra time! It notifies me of sales and organizes my reward balance. Love it!!

Who needs a computer when you can use an app? Sometimes a little clunky to move from item to item but doable since I’m always on the go.

I love shopping online. It’s like Christmas all year round. Plus Sephora has a monthly subscription called Play! By Sephora where you get 5 beauty deluxe samples specifically catered to your needs. I love it. It’s a great way to try things out before you buy them. I absolutely love Sephora and all things about makeup. Try this app out you’ll love it I promise.


Navigation of search function

The navigation when using the search function is very limited. I can’t revisit the last search by hitting the back button. It slows things down.

hi yes so i am very pleased with the latest update esp because i have an iphone x and i was waiting for the app to finally work with my display HOWEVER for some reason i can’t turn off the notification badge icon for this app, not through the app or through my settings alone. i’m guessing the developer didn’t give us the option to turn them off, if we could possibly fix that that would be AmAZINg!!! k thanks

I hate the new layout of the app. I think they should’ve stuck with the first version. With the old version, when you go to “past purchases” it sorted them according to the date purchased. Now they are just randomly thrown together making it extremely hard to find a product you bought two months ago. What’s even worse is the first version of the app allowed you to see past purchases that went more than the last few months. I spoke to a few Sephora employees who said they don’t like the app either. The only semi-positive thing about the app is the “try it on” feature and I recently learned that even those colors are extremely off sometimes. It would also be great if they had a “Wish List” so we can put things we want to buy in the future on the list; especially considering the purchase/order history doesn’t go back very far. I thought I would get used to it, and like it by now, but I still hate it.

When you use ar within the app, it got crushed and sign out your account. You won’t be able to sign in unless you install the app and restart your phone
