I have loved Sephora from day 1! I can find just about anything I could ever want or need for my self care. I get good advice when go into a store (yeah, it’s been a while) but there’s always someone there to help when you are online. Thanks for taking such good care of me Sephora! ❤️

I love ordering from the app as there isn’t a Sephora conveniently located near me but the last couple of times I’ve ordered an eyeshadow product, they weren’t wrapped appropriately or handled with the best care and came to me completely shattered and in usable. So I don’t by pressed powered products from them to be shipped anymore sadly. Otherwise, it’s a good shopping experience and the shipping is quick!

I love shopping at Sephora but I love this app. It works seamlessly going from screen to screen in and out. I really like how it recommends products that I actually love. I think I shop more in the app than I do in the store. If they can offer more free shipping that would make it perfect!

The app doesn’t show pictures of anything for me. It doesn’t really work. I can’t see any of the products and it never loads.
Don’t even try the E-Gift option!

Tried sending e-gift for a friends bday. My card got declined. Tried again got declined again. That’s my main credit card with no limit and never been declined for 15 yrs of having it. Tried another card. Twice! Declined both times. So had to wait 6 days for the declined charged to fall off my pending credit card record. My friend didn’t it get her bday e-gift from Sephora. Very disappointing! I understand a 3rd party is handling the e-gift card but Sephora should reconsider using them f they can’t deliver proper service.
