Pretty good so far!
E.G.

Setting up the camera/bulb was easy, and took less than ten minutes, the view in app is clear and crisp, and it seems to be overall a good way to monitor my driveway, hopefully preventing the car burglary issue in my neighborhood. It does pop a lot of false positives, even with the sensitivity turned down. That has the potential to become annoying, and prevent a person from noticing a genuine alert. Boy who cried wolf effect. But in general, I’m pretty pleased.

$150 light bulb
Crazylyndie

I bought this lightbulb for a crazy amount of money thinking it would be the obvious motion detection I never thought I'd have to pay extra for this feature to have me notified and record video. Seriously I could understand paying extra for cloud service for anything over a couple hours but for motion that's just plain ridiculous. Because of the lack of versatility in the price range I would not buy this again and just pick up a Nest camera. Sengled YOUR FIRED

Pésimo producto la app no funciona
richardvoka1944

Terrible en el modo de no pagar graba cuando quiere y cuando no la app no funciona es terriblemente malo para algo serio como juego de ver algo o prender la luz si no es urgente está bien. Si es para seguridad realmente es una porqueria

No keychain support
KillBillwithNIN

For a security device the lack of support for basic iOS security practices is astounding. Really why no support for keychain password in the app? The app makes you re authentic way too much and their website gets a security warning from Safari when you visit. Trustworthy? Maybe this level quality works for the Alexa and Google crowd but it’s not up to par for an iOS app. Best solution, don’t buy it. Second best solution, unscrew and put in the trash can.

Opening app
wmterwil

Having problems opening the app when I need to check the cameras. It is not working on iPhone X, no provision for camera login!

Terrible
Rvntr

After newest update nothing works! Awful! If I could give this app a zero rating I would.

Looks very cool

I can't wait till the Snap App goes live. I have a bulb finally and am anxious for the app to go live. It is downloaded and ready to go.

App needs work
herothedog

I can’t seem to find a way to file a support ticket on the Snap website. So far the video playback from motion sometimes will work, sometimes it won’t, but most of the time it doesn’t and returns an error message along the lines of the “video for the motion detected is not available” then the app crashes. The Snap light and security camera is a good idea but unfortunately at the moment is is almost unusable. In general this app/product It is either not ready for sale or underdeveloped and oversold. Disappointed… I have an intruder/prowler issue that I’ve caught as a blur in a video thumbnail that I can only seem to take a screen shot of but cannot download to my iPhone and no desktop alternative either. Having someone that supports this product contact me would be great.

Bought two of these from the Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign
Jpandes

One of the two works perfectly when using the app on my iPhone. The bulb/camera is always connected when I log into the app. I'm able to set motion detector zones and Sends me notifications when there's activity in that chosen zone. I can turn on, set the brightness of the lights, begin recording and view live video streaming on demand. On the other hand, the other unit will not stay connected to the network. I cannot control the lights or that camera from the app at all. And I rarely see any video or still pictures from the camera. The lights in motion detection and notifications of activity in that motion detector zone to work it's just the camera that is an issue. The app also doesn't seem to work on my iPad air running the latest OS. I have contacted customer support at Sengled, but haven't heard anything back.

Not fully baked
Isthisnickname taken?

The latest version looks for firmware updates to the Snap bulbs, which is nice. But every time I launch the app, I am first instructed to upgrade the firmware. The FW is up to date, so this has become an annoyance. Also, being able to schedule the bulbs to turn off/on with sunset/sundown (with automatic adjustments for the seasons) is a must have. Nearly all apps I use that allow for scheduling have the sunset/sunrise feature, so I'm not sure how this was overlooked.
