New version 1.2.19 caused app to be unresponsive. Hangs at white screen with orange Snap symbol. I have never had any problems with this app before the latest update.

I'm having the same issues as everyone else. Blank Logo screen, at times almost impossible exiting the app, can't log in or see my camera view.. This bug needs a serious update!

I bought this lightbulb for a crazy amount of money thinking it would be the obvious motion detection I never thought I'd have to pay extra for this feature. Seriously I could understand paying extra for cloud service for anything over a couple hours but for motion that's just plain ridiculous. Because of the lack of versatility in the price range I would not buy this again and just pick up a Nest camera

This app Will not let me on to the account I set up. Furthermore it will not let me create a new user account and has not responded to any of the emails requesting service. If you would like to put all your passwords applications and live feed out into public knowledge I recommend using this app.

It’s pretty much an expensive light bulb. Sure motion detection works. In fact it works so well that even wind or the sun light sets it off (which can get really annoying when you get 30 notifications in one hour). But, you can’t watch your videos! It constantly comes up with an error message and says try again later. See a sketchy person in the thumbnail? Too bad cause you can’t watch the video. Also, have fun trying to reset your password when it kicks you out every week and doesn’t recognize your password. So glad this was a gift and I didn’t pay my own money for it. I’ll be throwing it in the trash and buying a ring doorbell system.

Sengled snap is the best security light I have ever purchased, it is very clear and you can see everything.
