Terrible directions

The game has potential, but the directions to the puzzles are incomprehensible. I had to skip the fuse puzzle because I couldn't figure out what the fuses were supposed to add up to. Very confusing. The Stars took a bit of figuring, too, because it looked like they were already in the correct places. Better instructions are needed. The map allows you to teleport, thank goodness, because you have to bounce back and forth all the time. There's little to no logic to the moves, so you need to depend on the hint button, too much. Better than many games coming out, but still not good.

This game could be much better if the puzzle directions were clearer. It also crashed repeatedly during the hockey game. Finally got past that after restarting 3 times. The graphics are well done. Very clear and crisp in the HOPs which is a huge plus for me. Overall, not a bad game, but not one of the best.

This game is so buggy. Can click on the same object multiple times and it doesn't work until hint is used. Hidden objects are too close and the focus is off. The text and instructions are clearly written by someone whose native language is not English. Which is cute at times but also means most instructions are cryptic. Needs to be tested a lot more to be viable.

This game is terrible. Hint gives you instructions does not really help. Map lights up all locations because you have to go back at some point and finish but not that you can do anything at that moment. BF released this too soon and it is half assed.

Secret Trails: the Frozen Heart has great possibilities. The developer, Foxy, is a new company to me; maybe their games will improve as they write more. I loved the premise that a crazed meteorologist, the Weather Maker, is freezing a town for his own purposes. You are trying to rescue your sister, Emma, who was captured by the bad guy. The art work is lovely, and I have enjoyed the Hidden Object puzzles. The Hint button is superb, saying things like, "Use the door to cover the spear pit." However, I agree with another reviewer that the puzzle instructions are a bit hazy. They were so vague that I have Skipped most puzzles after a half-hearted attempt to work them. If these puzzles were better explained, I would have added another star to my review. Be certain that you read your Diary. By the time I finally read it, I was surprised to find that others had been kidnapped and returned wearing winter clothing in July. Still cannot decide whether to gamble on a purchase at this time. The Free Trial was definitely worth playing, though!

TWO STARS TOPS!!!! I played this entire game from beginning to end in under 2 hours and 10 minutes (Including bonus chapter).. The game was way too short and lacked a proper storyline/plot... Save your money it was not worth the $4.99 I spent... I suggest Big Fish not support the developers of this atrocious game until they step their game up!! I personally will not purchase another game from the company/developers of this game!! I'm extremely disappointed!! I spend to much of my hard earned cash on Big Fish games and feel myself along with all fans of hidden object games deserve a far better gaming experience then then what we received from you this go round Big Fish!!

What a Huge Mess!!! Game freezes, then all of the sound is gone, unresponsive tapping for items, puzzles don't explain anything and then if you get it right, nothing happens. Asking for a Full Refund on this piece of Junk! KdBoots (Really no stars!)

This is not worth the money. This one fell short on all levels. No crashes or anything but it was just boring. I couldn't wait to be done with it. It didn't flow well sound was terrible graphics were good but that's about all.
Waste of money and effort!

It's not worth $4.99. Total waste of time and money. It's a shame because it is a beautiful game but first of all it has no background music. I thought it was something wrong with my iPad at first. It is the quietest game I ever played and the most boring. Not even special sound effects. Boring!
