Rate what? The weather doesn’t work, tells me my locale has no tide records, I just renewed for 2019 & the app tells me my account expired in 2017. So like a dummy, I gave my credit card info, was told my acct # is ‘0’ & that I’d receive an email confirming my NEW Seatow plan....hmmmmm. The app DOES in fact take up valuable space on my iphone, and it also tells me my home coordinates in the same TOWN I live in, just a 1/2 mile or so away from where I am actually typing right now....yea that’ll come in real handy next time I need a tow. In all fairness, my last tow, 3 years ago worked out fine....a 90 minute wait for the boat but I am in a crowded coastal area. PLEASE FIX THE APP & GIVE ME SOMETHING FOR THE SPACE IT USES!!!! $99 for Towboatus....next year maybe ?

All the app does is give your coordinates. My gps does that. There’s no weather, tides or even the discounts my local franchise owner raved about when he told me about the app. At this point I’d say the app is pretty useless.

No matter where or what Marina I ask for as far as tides, There is no info. It does me no good to have this app. It’s too bad that they don’t have negative stars or I would give it a negative one.

Worthless app. Has no weather, tide or any other info for any location I entered. Contacted the app support folks to inquire. Their response was “it will be great when we get a company to provide the weather and tide information “. What????? Someone smoked way too much dope in college.

Sea tow Captain’s are great! Their service has always been courteous and professional The SeaTow App is crap! Just like another review says app does not update membership. It request new Cred Card information, the tides don’t work etc. come on do the right thing fix it already
