Sea Tow Captains and staff are 5+!!! Sea Tow Ap a few years ago was wonderful. Over the past year it is completely useless. Please fix!

I used to be able to keep my information and member number available in my apple wallet. For some reason it’s not available anymore.

No weather info, no tide info, thank goodness the phone number works. I used Seatow this past weekend and found out the hard way $2090?? that towing your boat after beaching it during a storm is not covered by SeaTow membership. They claim it was a salvage tow and I had to swim out to the SeaTow boat to get the tow line. Considering canceling my membership.

I cannot get reliable data from this app at all. I’m in Babylon, NY and the temp is 72, i go to Jones Beach in the app (10 miles away) and it tells me the temp is 93. The winds at my house are shown as 0 mph sse and Gilgo (5 miles) are shown as 19 mph sw. I think an app meant for boaters should be dependable not deplorable.

Glad to see improvements/ fixes to SEATOW app. Version 2.09 implemented one month ago. Version 2.08 was one year ago. Not frequent enough. Server response time still seems slow. Request: SEATOW needs an app. That matches quality of service on water. Please invest More dollars to app. Improvements. Bruce B . Rye NY June 30 2019 update: Sea-Tow app. continues to disappoint . Version 2.09 has not been upgraded in some time. Although I am a Sea-Tow member , I downloaded Boat-US app. to get weather , tides , and other excellent functions that Sea-Tow app struggles to provide. Just renewed and find out weather and tides not working . Hope they fix it soon next year I might use another provider !

I’ve had this app for years and always worked well up until the last year (2019). Now it won’t give me tide info or weather. Time to delete this app.
