It was terrible two years ago when I switched to BoatUs. Their AP is fantastic. Unfortunately I moved to an area where BoatUs is not available so I have an app that I wouldn’t use. Terrible terrible terrible
Still has issues

I deleted the app a year ago because of all of the issues that plagued it. Just renewed my coverage and thought I would try the app again. Nope still terrible. Constantly asking for my password. Location services not working as supposed to - even though they are enabled, etc. It seems to me a very easy fix with an update, after all other apps are able to get right. This is a good app in theory but functionality is crap.

Confusing and difficult to use. Attempted to add a new location in and it does not stay entered. Also cannot send in review without a nick name and everything is taken. Why is it so important to add a nick name? Just one more issue with this app.
Worst app in my phone.

Almost useless, Never stores any settings, Lack of info Wind almost always says 0 when its blowing 25-30

One would think existing members would get some sort of renewal discount. Disappointing once your a member there is no renewal discount. Obviously, the plan is to move to Boat USA for a new member discount. Your only as good a your renewal members (your annual fee annuity) Customer Service should be revisited with this in mind. Hard to get as many new members annually vs the existing ones you lose. App does not work. One feature would be for the weather functionality to work. You would think. Can’t event do a search and get weather for an area. Shire does not help to be safe.

Absolutely does not function in any capacity fractious every time I try to get any information sorry I paid the money to subscribe to Sea Tow this is absolutely uselessness
