No use at all

No usable weather info. Can’t add location and don’t expect automated radio checks to work. From Dauphin Island to Apapalachola not one office has had working equipment to do the radio check. I call or email and the answer is always the same. We’re waiting on parts or the system is down. I really need to see if there is a better alternative

The app is a disaster. I’m on the water trying to use it. Just says loading. Never goes any further. Deleted and reinstalled. Same issue.
Was once a great app, but no more.
Netfrustrated
Once again the tides and weather are all gone. When boating I NEED to know the tides to get my boat in and out! Says there aren’t any tide stations in my area. Local weather won’t even show up! This was my go to app for all my fishing weather. Now, it’s just a waste of space. So sad. I just keep it to be able to call to help.

Whats up with the time this app has been down. Somebody get the app guru out of the head and get this app back up and working properly. The time it’s been down undoubtedly has cost SeaTow memberships new and old . It’s 2019 and app genies are as numerous as fish in the seas. thanks..

Member since 2007. App always worked well. Come on Sea Tow! Figure it out! Get the weather and tides back up on the app. Your competitor has a 4.7 rating on their app! The only reason still have app is if need to call for help. Your service is great when needed, the app should be the same. Disappointing.
