The sound is garbled for music and ads on my iPhone. Don't care about ads but I like listening to music while I play. Tried un and reinstalling. No affect. I have the latest update.
We need a 1-minute Speed Play!

Frustrating. One star from me. Cant see my friend's icons or user names. Everyone is now a numbered guest. Really?! Get an IT department will ya? Maybe test before releasing? I dunno. Love your game, hate your SW.

For a few weeks I have been unable to access games with friends that are in progress. I have attempted uninstalling and installing the app, logging off and then back on to FB and Origin, still no luck. My Scrabble-playing friends have probably declared me MIA. Any possibility of making repairs?

I love this app. There are only a few things I’d like to see altered. But there so small I’ll survive. ??
Bluetooth option is gone

Unfortunately, the Bluetooth play is no longer available with the update. (which is the feature that was the selling point to purchase this app to begin with). The graphics are stepped down as well. I have learned my lesson and will no longer update my favorite apps until I know what changes have been made. Are you ever going to bring back the Bluetooth play for peer to peer? Like I mentioned 5 years ago-that was the selling point to purchase this app. I never wanted to log into Facebook to play and definitely don’t want to now. It used to be nice to be able to play the game on an airplane or somewhere else where there isn’t any WiFi. Please reply. NEW PROBLEM— I can no longer play Scrabble on my iPad. It is on our family share. I removed it off my iPad thinking loading it again would make it functional again. This is so frustrating especially since I have the purchased premium version and now it says I need to purchase it!!!!! PLEASE RESPOND!!

My game was suddenly not showing on iPhone. I googled problem and thought I could just reinstall. It worked except for I had the free game with the most irritating ads and music. I texted tech and they called immediately. The tech had an extreme accent and I had much trouble explaining the problem where she could understand what had happened. Her solution was to buy the game again. What? Why? I had bought it and I do not think she wanted to go to any trouble. What customer service?
