Can no longer add players

I have played this since 2011 and have recently purchased it for my daughter. I can not add her to my player list from within the iOS version or through EA’s site. This has become very frustrating and needs to be addressed. Same issue on iPad version. Please fix.

It now seems to work with ios 9. Hoorah. It still is a little flaky on IOS 9 but it works. It is a wonderful game that I have been trying for number of years

I’ve been playing scrabble for several years on the paid app, but only against the computer. In the past two weeks I’ve started playing online games. Accessing the games is completely spotty. About half the time, the app can’t access the server. But I’ve concluded 6 games and have won them all. But now my stats claim I’ve played over 600 games, more than half of which I’ve lost. What?!? I haven’t even played 10? WTH?

There is no difference between Scrabble Premium ($7.99) and the free Scrabble. Both have ads. Both crash sometimes after EVERY PLAY! I want a refund.
Can’t log in

The app logged me out and now I can’t log back in. If I enter the correct password the screen just refreshes. If I enter a random password it says the password is incorrect. Weird bug needs fixing.

I've been Scrabbling for 3 years and love the game. Having to log-in all the time is tiresome, tho. Network failures have improved, but still crop up too often. Great game! 7-31-18 My Scrabble APP quit connecting to online games for the last week—HELP!!!
Easily Becoming Worst App On My Phone

Freezes all the time causing me to have to restart my phone and pretty much lose my game. Ridiculous.
