Scrabble made "update" a curse word

It's hard to describe how rotten this update is. I now fear updating any app. I bought this specifically for three player games and the last update removed that feature. They know it's not worth my chasing them for $3 but the principle is maddening. It now always asks to enter password every day. And it has to be complex. I even wasted my time to open a case with tech support and have not received a reply in weeks. Except for, "we are busy please wait". Then the app has the audacity to ask "are you happy with scrabble?" I said "no" and the app forwarded me to a web site. I thought, "maybe I should give scrabble the benefit of the doubt, they are asking for my opinion after all." My optimism was crushed when I clicked the first link "contact support" and got the error "we are unable to connect you to support". I now see the world as half-empty. If there was an option to use an older version of this app, 90% of users would load the old version. What does that tell you? -looking for an alternate app

I love scrabble so I do love this app. I play on phone and tablet which is very frustrating. The network is very faulty-always dropping you mid game. Recently, I couldn't get in for more than 12 hours. It is always denying me a new game - saying I have too many games - that I should go in and nudge/force forfeit old games. The problem is that it usually just shows games played recently so I can't nudge anyone. It just seems to get worse with every update. The people I play with are experiencing the same issues!
Updates broke the app

This used to be a great app, so much so I paid for it and I hardly ever do that. Recently changes were made that broke it. I now have to log in to Origin every time I start the app and O can no longer play 3 and 4 person games. I used to play with my sister, wife, and mom and can no longer do that because it doesn't work. Please fix it quickly or refund me what I paid for the app when it used to work! ☹️

Every time you make a move you have wait for a facebook window to open and then cancel. I paid for this app! I try to move the board and it triggers the flick to the next game. And it still crashes. Nothing good to say about this new version. The play and recall button should not be right next to each other. Or when you hit play have a chance to say are you sure.

This is the best I've ever played in iPad and iPhone apps. I love the challenge and the fun of playing both online and solo!!

Forcing me to delete and reload the ap and losing all of my current games. It is super frustrating how it locks up all the time.
