Tech help?? – SCRABBLE Premium Review

My game was suddenly not showing on iPhone. I googled problem and thought I could just reinstall. It worked except for I had the free game with the most irritating ads and music. I texted tech and they called immediately. The tech had an extreme accent and I had much trouble explaining the problem where she could understand what had happened. Her solution was to buy the game again. What? Why? I had bought it and I do not think she wanted to go to any trouble. What customer service?
