The service is easy to use and reliable! One of my favorite ways to locally travel!
I rode one in San Francisco. Yes very easy to use but I did not enjoy my experience. I know San Francisco is a very busy place with many people and many cars. But there were no bike lanes. You can’t use on side walk so you have to use on rode with the cars. I did not feel safe and just spent my time walking the thing instead of riding
Don’t recommend it, it says it’s only a dollar but when you are ready to ride, it asks for $5. It’s 30 cents a minute and it took me 15 minutes to start going, the worst thing about the trash scooters, I didn’t even leave with it, MONEY TO THE TRASH! I spent 30 cents per minute (it took me 15 minutes to start it and it didn’t want to go) I spent $4.50 cents to waste my time, I f ing hate this app!
It charges you $10 before you rent and it doesn’t unlock. Waste of money. Use spin or lime.
When contacted, scoot did not solve my problem and began to ignore my emails when asked how to leave a review on their service since I was very dissatisfied. I purchased the all day pass thinking I would be able to ride all day free and after my first ride on scoot it charged me an additional 30 dollars for the ride and the 20 for the day pass. I contacted them asking for a refund of the ride but said I drove too much for a refund after I explained I thought the day pass would cover it. Then I said alright I’m willing to compromise and then I asked for a refund for the day pass and they also said I can’t get a refund on it since I already rode with the day pass even though it wasn’t as advertised! They were not helpful or understanding. The day pass is confusing and not very clear that they will still charge you if you go longer than 30 min since there is no warning or alert during the ride and the scooter never shuts off or anything. An hour and a half scoot ride should NOT cost $50. I demand a refund!
Back I did not pay for that 5 dollars thing it took my money and I want it back can I please have a refund
try to open with the app doesn’t unlocks but your ride starts and you have to end your ride then charges you $3.25 In one week it happened 3 times $9.75 with out moving the scooter! When you go to app to your ride story you cannot complain or ask your money back. Better off with spin I guess.
