Map doesn’t work in San Francsico

pbrakes

The map does not localize the scooters correctly in San Francisco. I just spent 15 minutes wandering around to not be able to find the scooter I reserved. I think maybe it was on the other side of a building f

Can’t Log in App

integrative5e

I’ve tried everything and I can’t get passed log in screen. Tried Apple Sign In and email. Rebooted phone. Reloaded app several times. Nothing but a frozen screen or timeout errors. And no way to get app support from Scoot. I’d love to use the Kick but this is literally a non-starter!

Good app, but more expensive than competitors

TylerS2011

Great app with good service, but they charge more per ride than their competitors

Scam.

Won’t show you pricing until you enter card info and pre-purchase credits. Many alternatives- use them.

A sorta fun data mine

bobshavelson

First time user tonight. The app sucked all kinds of data from me including drivers license scan (yes, I consented). No obvious information on “how to” screens about a restricted zone, beyond which the scooter stops functioning and where you cannot park. Total buzz kill. Seems this is just a business plan to get personal data, wrapped in shiny wrapper of scooter fun.

Totally lame!

Jjbingle

We got these scooters because we thought it would to be fun to use to get to lunch... but then the scooters shut down and then told us that we were out of service area! What? The app never told us that there was a service area! So we just wasted like 15 dollars and we had to bring them back to the service area or we would get a fine! If they would have told us that there was a service area it would have been fine but nothing! The app should immediately tell you about the service area! So lame!

Per Half mile 5$ expensive than taking Cab

Sunnycupid

Eating public money. I was charged 5$ for 0.53 mile I would prefer going by walk or Cab rather just throwing my hard earned money here.

Lock

Alfonso@SF

Every time I start my Ride it takes over a minute to unlock the lock wasting time and money.

Worst application ever

Arkacy

I tried signing up for this app, but they wouldn’t take any payment method — whether that be Apple Pay or Credit card. Awful service, would not recommend whatsoever. Try another company
