Not busy and aft 10 min still no food

Went to eat inside. One other customer. We were given our cup for drink and chips. Aft waiting for over 10 min still no food. Went to ask abt it and they didn’t even have the sandwich order. Received the sandwich which was good however, when someone doesn’t want a bigger sandwich or dessert there should be a better alternative to compensate for the service.

Only issue I have is that you don’t allow for military discounts to be applied on online orders thru your app. It only applies in store. Someone should fix that.
Wrong order twice in a row

This is the second time in a row that they got my order wrong. Medium turkey with cheese & mayonnaise only. Why is that so hard?

EVERY TIME I do an update with you people I LOSE ALL MY STORED REWARD POINTS!. I just lost 200 points because you forced me to update before I could do anything else. THATS A BUG YOU NEED TO FIX ASAP!???
