Best sandwiches

We have been going to Schlotzsky’s, we love the sandwiches, pizza and the soup plus the cookies. We live 38 miles West of Odessa and anytime we travel to Odessa we always stop for a sandwich, soup and of course a cookie. We go to Odessa twice a week so one of our meal is stopping at Schlotzsky’s. It would be nice to have one closer so that we could enjoy a meal with our grandchildren at Schlotzsky’s.

Said I have a reward and will not let me redeem. Said I would get free chips and a drink if I download app. Have yet to get it

Easier just to go in, seriously why is it not simpler to use? I have added the same 2 pizzas to the cart about 20 times and still nothing shows up!

Schlotskys took what was already a difficult app to place an order on and somehow made it worse. The old app would never read the receipt bar code as intended. The new app version rewards section doesn’t even work. I tried to redeem a free chips and drink yesterday and the cashiers scanning device wouldn’t recognize the QR code. So she tried to enter the QR code number in the register. Neither worked. Try harder schlotskys. You sell $14 lunches, why not pay for a good app developer.

Never a bad experience. Never a line too long with the quick pace they always perform. I crave my deluxe original and chocolate chunk cookie.

I love Schlotzsky’s... hate their app. Not user friendly, never lets me redeem my rewards. Come on Schlotzsky’s... you can do better.

Today I was buying my brunch in this place that they have always been very friendly, enthusiastic, available to take pictures of us in our meetings, etc., but today I had a special experience with Camila, a young woman who kindly helped us express our orders in English, She never made us feel bad because we do not speak English clearly, she patiently and with her good aptitude waited for us and helped us to express our order, and she had some nice words at the end when she said “you do not speak bad English you are learning well by using the language ”She said more encouraging words, I asked her her name is Camille, she is outstanding as the other employees have been. We can write and read it, but speaking for me is the hardest part. Thank you Camille Congratulations Zchlozky for your delicious food and customer service. Alexandria LA. ??????
