The app STILL won't scan barcode.....The same problem was in the earlier version. I'm on iOS 14 iPhone 11

I upgraded my phone recently and when I tried to open the app, it would not open. Deleted and downloaded again. Got it to open but only got a blank white screen. Tried on another phone. — same result. Guess all my rewards are just gone.

I order from Schlotzsky’s every week . I pick one day out of the week and order. I am glad to be enrolled in rewards program. Wish I had done it soon and no complaints about anything. Thank you for the best! Bacon Grilled Cheese!
Whoever designed this Needs More Training

This app blows. Hardly ever works right. Redeeming a reward usually doesn’t work. I went to try to redeem my Birthday coupon and it said the app wasn’t being allowed location services. I navigate to enable location services and it is not an app listed as needing/requesting location services. I think they use their crappy app as way to get people in the door so it glitches out and they feel obligated to buy something because they are already there and only have 1/2 of lunch break time remaining. Do not recommend.

Why credit customer with only 1 credit when purchase is for 2 sandwiches?? Ok, I’ll make it more work for your cashier. I’ll pay for each sandwich separately!! Fix this stupid problem!!
Old app was better

This new version isn’t as good as the old system of getting rewards. Now you have to spend a lot more money to get a reward. For example, you have to spend $25 to get a free cookie. It’s just not worth it anymore.
