Not busy and aft 10 min still no food – Schlotzsky's Rewards Program Review

Went to eat inside. One other customer. We were given our cup for drink and chips. Aft waiting for over 10 min still no food. Went to ask abt it and they didn’t even have the sandwich order. Received the sandwich which was good however, when someone doesn’t want a bigger sandwich or dessert there should be a better alternative to compensate for the service.
