This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with my order. Deluxe original. The sourdough bread which is my favorite wasn’t fresh. It was dry and stale. ?

Lady at the drive thru was not very helpful. Upon asking about the new app I downloaded she pretended not to know anything about it. I asked her if she was to scan anything on the app, she shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say anything. I again asked how the app works, she finally said that I would scan the receipt. As I was reading the app it specifically said I could have my app scanned or scan receipt. Upon asking about her scanning it she again directed me to the receipt. I then pointed out what the app stated and she FINALLY indicated the scanner is broken or doesn’t work. I left it at that. Not very helpful...

About half of the actual menu isn’t shown on this app so I can’t even order what my kid usually gets.


The Gaston crew turns the Greenville location into a wonderful place to eat!!

I’m so thankful that the ladies from the Gaston location were moved to this location. They have absolutely turned it around. I’m so happy!

I love eating at Schlotzsky’s restaurant and I travel 20 miles to frequent the Kilgore restaurant. The food is always delicious and served with fresh ingredients. The staff is kind and courteous. I was surprised to see the person preparing the sandwiches wearing his mask under his nose tonight. In light of the pandemic and the number of senior citizens being served our safety was not considered on this occasion. There were others that didn’t have their mask pulled up until I addressed my concern to the person taking my order. I want to continue eating there but I also want to be served in a safe and healthy environment.

First- as I type this review I can’t see my writing as it must be white font on the white screen. - not good. The scanner doesn’t read my reward member babe code. . The employee scanned it and it seemed to work because it made a sound in the register, but the points did not appear the next day. I scanned my receipt via my camer to get the points. The employees l did say the scanner really doesn’t work. He was right.
