Good but app can be better

Over all easy to use app. I would like to see better features and overall availability to use when I’m “offline” (aka not connected to WiFi). I have problems uploading receipts when I have time on the plane.

Keeps it really simple and efficient to manage expense reports. I just snap pictures of receipts and upload expenses as and when they happen. Just one pet peeve: wish it was smart enough to automatically toggle receipt availability when I have uploaded an image of a receipt rather than me having to click 3 extra times and do it myself, somewhat needlessly.

This application is absolutely useless try booking a hotel or flight on your phone you cannot read half the locations of the airports, you cannot get a rental car other than at an airport location, and hotel bookings or even worse. The developers need to find new jobs.

Too many clicks. Every thing is one at a time

The app needs too many clicks. To attach expense receipts, I have to do one at a time instead of multi select. This is 1990’s way of doing things.

Please make it where attendees that have been entered show up in alphabetical order. I am working on an expense with 200+ attendees and this feature would be SO HELPFUL!!! Also, I have begun having a great deal of trouble with entering or deleting attendees from the mobile app. At times, it would as it should and other times you can enter them and they will not save or you can try to delete one that has been entered and it will not permanently delete. I hope you get this fixed soon. There isn’t a bigger proponent of Concur Mobile than me but this is really bothersome.

Since the last update the app shows the welcome display after that it crashes. Please fix it as it was a very helpful app.

I prefer the smartphone app

The smartphone app is a quick and easy way to submit expenses and in my opinion is far superior to the desktop software.
