3000 letters!

I love the ease of being able to dictate vs write! I love the fact that I may have procrastinated yet my young soldier is going to get a letter without much delay. The individual that does not receive the expedited letter feels the sting when they are still waiting for snail mail. 3000 letters! An overture can only be corrected by removal of the last dictated choices, no editing:(

I sent a letter via Sandboxx two weeks ago and I was notified the letter was delivered by Sandboxx. I spoke with my Son today and he informed me he has not received any letters from Sandboxx. Also I had problems logging in after opening an account as well as I had to input my financial information twice. I informed customer service of my problems and they responded that they didn’t know what the problem was but the problem cleared up after the call. I suggest you use the US Postal Service and avoid Sandboxx.

I had the wrong address on several letters and they were coming back to me. Bree fixed everything and is resending those letters. I’m very blessed to have such a wonderful person on the other end. Thank you Bree.

Good for basic training

I enjoyed the convenience of this app while my grandson was in basic training. He has since graduated and now all of my letters are delayed because he is using a new address which is questioned. With every letter that I prepaid I need to write a letter to Sandboxx verifying the address is correct. The app needs to be updated to take care of this problem.
