I have been using the app for a few years or at least since Saks released the app and while at the very beginning the app was working fine lately the app literally do not work. Every time that I want to go to the app it keeps loading and loading and when finally I can be in the app and I want to see an item is an eternity to view it!!

App runs super slowwwww. It takes so long for anything to load, not to mention how many times it freezes when navigating. I would honestly shop the app more if it wasn’t for this. I gave it a star for the shoprunner option, and a star because checking out is a breeze.

I downloaded the app after my cart kept getting emptied out after a day or two from my browser. I give the app a 4 star because I would like to open my emails and if I click on the email to take me to the app rather than the browser. Small tweak in functionality can mean higher conversion rate!
