A little slow

I like it, but the initial loading is a bit snow. I have 1giga Wi-Fi.

So so so so so slow. I can get online and buy from another store while the app is still loading an item. Constantly buffers or randomly reloads a page while I’m browsing. The. Worst.

Saks needs to do a better job of keeping up and addressing the bugs in their app. The app goes crazy and starts moving across pages on its own without clicking anything. One constantly has to go back to the begging and start the search over. ??


Horribly slow & frustrating

This app is slightly better on IPad than iPhone. Keeps returning the page and hangs up with a blank page, or get the wheel of death. I’ve wasted almost an hour trying to buy an outfit. No can do because this app is so bad.


App is slow and difficult to browse through items

When filtering for designers, the app does a little pause after choosing each selection. Additionally, scrolling through the pictures of a single item, you have to make sure you swipe from a certain part of the image or the app will think you mean another command. Pls fix.


What’s the point

Nothing is ever in stock when shopping from this app. If you can’t stock complete size runs (or at least mens medium), consider working with different vendors? Also, the store select functionality doesn’t work.

I’m very pleased with my experience today with the Saks App. I had not used my credit card in two years and was trying to make a purchase online. I called Customer Service and was directed to go to the app to apply for a new card since my prior account was closed due to inactivity. I was able to make my purchase, obtain a new temporary card and complete my purchase. The Customer Service Representative guided me through the whole process. Excellent service and love the capabilities of the Saks App.

This is a very frustrating app to use. It keeps reloading while I’m on a page looking at an item. It’s easier to just go to the website to shop.
